I’m happy to share some news with you: Dr. Brittney Cardona is joining my practice and will begin seeing patients on November 2 at our Sandy Springs office.
For more than 28 years, I’ve had the pleasure of helping people across Atlanta with their hearing. The relationships I’ve built with patients and their families mean a great deal to me. As I welcome Brittney, I’m pleased to introduce someone whose commitment to personal, thoughtful care fits so well with the way I’ve built this practice.
Getting to Know Brittney
Brittney brings nearly 10 years of private practice experience. She graduated summa cum laude from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders, then earned her Master of Science and Doctor of Audiology degrees from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
Her professional training included an externship at the Atlanta VA Medical Center Audiology Clinic, where she gained valuable clinical experience. Today, she serves as president-elect of the Georgia Academy of Audiology and is a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology’s Federal Advocacy Committee.
Her dedication to the field has also been recognized by the community, earning her the title of Best Hearing Professional in the Best of Cobb awards in both 2022 and 2024.
A Shared Approach to Personal Care
Brittney believes in treating people the way they want to be treated. She takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to hearing care, with recommendations grounded in evidence and clinical best practices.
That philosophy reflects something I’ve always valued: taking the time to understand the person behind the hearing concerns. Hearing care works best when you feel comfortable sharing your concerns, asking questions, and knowing your needs are being heard. Brittney brings that same commitment to helping patients feel informed and confident in their care.
Her work will focus primarily on office-based services, including hearing evaluations, speech-in-noise testing, real-ear measurements, custom earmolds, and earwax removal. She will also provide visits to assisted living facilities, offering additional access to hearing care.
Appointments with Brittney will generally be available on weekdays. If you’re unsure which service you need or which type of appointment is right for you, please reach out. We’re happy to help you find the best next step for your hearing care.
