Once a year, you’ll get a comprehensive hearing assessment to check on your hearing. It’s quick, non-invasive, and we’ll share your results with you immediately.

Weekend and Evening Appointments
I have availability during weekends and evenings to support members who can’t make daytime appointments.

Insurance Benefits concierge service
As a member, you’ll have access to our in-house insurance specialist who can speak to your insurance provider on your behalf, maximizing your benefits and minimizing your out-of-pocket expense.

Virtual Audiology Appointments
Your convenience is our upmost priority. If you can’t make it to the clinic, we offer virtual appointments from the comfort of your own home, so you can receive help remotely.
Replacements for Waxtraps, Domes, and Receivers
Just like how your care needs new tires and an oil change, your hearing aids sometimes need new parts to help them keep running smoothly. As a member, replacement parts are fully inclusive, so your devices are always working at optimal performance.
Complimentary Hearing Aid Cleaning and Reprogramming
To ensure your hearing aids are well-maintained and performing at their best, you’ll receive complimentary hearing aid cleaning and reprogramming to make sure they’re delivering their highest possible performance.
New Tech Demos
Try it out at home and experience the difference! We have access to all major hearing aid brands, and as a member, you’ll be able to demo the latest devices.
Loaner Devices While Yours Are Repaired
As a member, you’ll never go without the support of premium hearing technology. If your hearing aids need to be kept in-house while they’re being repaired, we offer devices on loan to members until their devices are fixed up.
